Glamzkart avails all its products range from variant international as well as local sellers. Based on which the refund and return policy may vary depending upon condition and reason of return. The key types of products and conditions that can avail return or refund are as follows:
Delay in Order placed
Orders No Found, in transit, Pending, Expired with more than 7 days processing time + 45 days (counting from the date you send the payment to Glamzkart.com) the varying conditions may be as follows:
A customer has sent a complaint (Through e-mail or contact us form.)
You have checked the tracking number and it doesn’t show any move or information.
Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest office to the buyer and make it pending delivery because of the incorrect or unclear address. You will need to visit the nearest post office for delivery.

Delivered Orders
If any orders had been delivered within maximum delivery time and more than 38 days COMPLETED status + 7 days CLOSED status (meaning counting from the date order dispatched + maximum delivery time + 45 days), you will not be allowed to open dispute anymore.
Damaged Orders
Glamzkart.com will provide a full refund/replacement if:
Orders arrived damaged.
The order arrived damaged but the customer doesn’t want the replacement to be sent.
For electronic products, customers should open the dispute within 7 days after received.

Bad Quality
No refund will be made for international products only replacement can be done that to under certain conditions. Glamzkart.com will check most of the items before shipping them out, but sometimes the buyers still complain about products received.
Imperfections such as bad sewing, incorrect size/color, parts missing, not working, etc.

Photos of the items received from the buyer to prove imperfections.

For parts missing, the seller will only resend it instead of a full refund.
Delivery Countries Limits
Because of international shipping method ability limits, some of the shipping countries is pretty hard to be delivered.
We will not accept any dispute about delivery once the order dispatched if ship to countries below:
Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Mexico, Brazil, Paraguay.
You can still open a dispute with reasons except for delivery as usual.

The dispute which is not Glamzkart faults
WE will not accept any disputes that the buyer received with reasons as below, because the description is defined by sellers’ end and We will ship the correct products that most of your customers like it, and also it is approved by your end.
The buyer does not like it.
The description is not real.
Products smell unusual.
The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
The shipping address provided incorrectly.
